San Jose, Calif. — Infinx, an end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company, today announced that it will unveil iBridge 2.0, its AI-enhanced patient access product, at the 2018 National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) conference in Denver, Colo., May 3 – 6. iBridge 2.0 combines AI and human intelligence (HI) to deliver state-of-the art analytics and insight into the RCM cycles of clients, from pre-registration to patient pay estimates and preauthorizations.
“iBridge 2.0 uses AI to automate insurance verification, patient pay estimates, and most preauthorization cases,” said CEO Hiren Kulkarni. “We designed iBridge to solve the administrative workflow challenges that providers face and get clinical staff back to providing quality patient care.”
iBridge 2.0 introduces HIPAA-compliant modules that use machine intelligence to provide predictive analysis on patient care, payer requirements, and financial payments. By merging AI+HI, iBridge creates a seamless bridge between provider and payer systems and processes to solve bottlenecks in the healthcare RCM cycle: referral management, clinical decision support, patient scheduling, insurance verifications, patient pay estimates, and prior authorizations. This creates enhanced efficiency and speeds up turnaround times for approvals.
“Physicians can spend as much as 20 hours a week on preauthorization activities alone,” said Vice President of Product Navaneeth Nair. “That’s an average loss of $83,000 per doctor, per year—not to mention the lost productivity from not seeing more patients.” iBridge 2.0 helps eliminate insurance denials with 99% preauthorization accuracy, and seamlessly integrates with all leading electronic health record systems. “We’ve made the patient access process as touchless as possible,” added Nair.
Infinx will host a lunch for NAHAM conference participants on Friday, May 4 from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom II. Nair will unveil iBridge 2.0 at the luncheon to all participants. Infinx product team members will give live demos of iBridge 2.0 throughout the conference at the Infinx booth (Booth #219).
