In this article, Kristeen Coronado, a key leader in the transition from Enhanced Revenue Solutions (ERS) to Infinx, shares her insights on the acquisition, reflecting on how the move has strengthened client relationships and enhanced service offerings. With a deep commitment to client engagement and the strong support of the MedAxiom community, Coronado discusses her role in advancing cardiovascular health solutions and what excites her about the future of healthcare innovation.

Q1: Kristeen, it’s been six years since ERS was acquired by Infinx. How do you reflect on the journey so far, and what do you consider your biggest success within the company?

A1: The journey with Infinx has been incredibly rewarding. The acquisition allowed us to offer more solutions to our clients, particularly in AI, automation and analytics. One of my biggest successes has been maintaining the strong client relationships that ERS was known for while integrating our services into Infinx’s broader RCM offerings. We’ve been able to blend our expertise with Infinx’s resources, creating a synergy that has elevated the quality of service we provide to our clients.

Q2: Despite the acquisition, you’ve remained heavily involved in client work. Can you share how your role has evolved and what keeps you engaged with clients on a day-to-day basis?

A2: My role has certainly evolved, but at its core, it remains deeply client-focused. The transition to Infinx allowed me to broaden my impact by leveraging Infinx’s extensive resources while staying true to the hands-on approach that ERS clients have always valued. What keeps me engaged is the opportunity to continually solve complex challenges for our clients. Being able to work closely with clients, whether it’s through new technologies or refining existing processes, is incredibly fulfilling.

Q3: Infinx is a long-standing member of the MedAxiom community, which is known for its strong network in the cardiovascular healthcare field. What do you value most about being part of this community, and how has it impacted your work?

A3: The MedAxiom community is a fantastic resource for anyone in the cardiovascular space. What I value most is the collaborative spirit and the wealth of knowledge that’s shared among its members. Being part of this community has not only provided us with insights into best practices but also allowed us to share our own experiences. It’s a two-way street that has greatly benefited our work at Infinx, especially when it comes to staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.

Q4: What are you most excited about in the year ahead?

A4: It’s exciting to be working with groups that are experiencing growth in their practices and working with physicians who are interested in taking on leadership roles.  The groups that have physicians interested in leadership are the ones most interested in improving workflow and documentation.
