Ramona Hernandez joins Infinx as VP, Revenue Cycle Solutions. With over 30 years of experience in revenue cycle management, she has a proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and recover revenue. Her knack for identifying the root causes of underpayments and denials helps providers accelerate cash flow while reducing operational costs.
Ramona’s long-standing commitment to healthcare is clear. She has been a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) for 25 years, serving in leadership roles, including Education Chair for the Western Region Symposium and Board Member for Northern California. In 2023, she received the HFMA Woman of the Year Legacy Award, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the industry.

Stephanie Solich, Regional Vice President of Sales
Stephanie Solich joins Infinx as Regional Vice President of Sales. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare technology and client development, Stephanie has built a reputation for improving revenue cycle performance and maintaining long-term client relationships. She specializes in tailored SaaS solutions, strategic contract negotiations, and initiatives that consistently raise client satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
Stephanie holds certifications as a Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and a Specialist in Payment & Reimbursement (CSPR), underscoring her expertise in healthcare financial management. She currently serves as Treasurer Elect on the Board of Directors for Northeast Ohio HFMA, where she continues to support healthcare leaders and organizations.
